At Dead Reckoning Coffee, we work hard to get every order packed and shipped quickly so you can get back to the grind with a fresh cup in hand.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days after purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
During periods of high demand, product launches, holidays, or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days (when available)
Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States.
At this time, some international destinations may not be available. We are actively working to expand our shipping capabilities.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your shipment.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Dead Reckoning Coffee is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.
